Missing Bravo one
A Bravo one has recently grown legs and disappered from our establishment. Only problem is that the stearing plate on the drive was specific for a 1998 32 fountain. Fountain made their own in house stearing at that point. If anybody has a line on that specific back cover, or any info possibly about someone who just " picked up " a bravo for cheap. please let me know.

Is there any way to track these stolen drives. I have been in the market for Bravo XR's and am always cautious of cheaper advertised gear. I know the drives have S/N #'s on the stickers what if the stickers are gone. ???

I know its not a bravo, but I have a TRS drive and while removing the decal where the s/n is on and cleaning the old paint off the drive the same s/n is also stamped behind the stick. The only way to get rid of that stamped on s/n would be to grind it off which would raise a flag to me if I was looking to buy a used drive. Hopefully the same goes for the Bravos and the s/n is stamped into the drive. Good luck and with the hard times we are having with way things are now its a free for all. Guard your toys, etc!

Bravo's do have the number stamped in the housing. However, I've never seen a serial number anywhere on a lower unit.
