I'm not going to quote all the post's I want to respond to so I will just try to get a story over with here.
Craig, Ted, I met you guys for the first time last year at Cambridge and also had the misfourtune of meeting C.S. and Stecz. If you remember I was very quite that night as I had already had my fill of C.S. after just 15mins with him on the dock I wanted nothing more to do with him, talk about a 1 sided conversation I had never met a person so full of himself and I couldn't take anymore I was torn that night on what to do, Craig, Nancey,Ted I was so happy to meet you 3 and thought you were great people but I had to get the puck away from the 2 show offs and I even told a couple people that day about it and asked what I should do, if you ever talk to Barb she will tell ya. You guys are great and I thank you for all.

Marc (boatme) there was a thread in the board room after Steve1 started his thread about the T-Allen Apache C.S. wanted to stop it and I was fighting for it stay as I thought everyone wanted that kind of info and I was correct, but he jumped in there about his BS with Chief and started to bad mouth Pantera and what was happening with the tooling.
I made a comment about knowing some of the story that came directly from Pat (A.T.) and that he was looking at that tooling and I knew quite a bit about what went down with him and Chief and he(CS) came back at me and another member about all the bad history that Pat & Pantera had, all B.S. and at that point I stopped post and was going to quit, I was so sick of his chit, but.........I have to say that Nick and Alec changed my mind and I stayed. Anyway I would love to read your side of all that as I know some of it and it killed me hearing the trash from Him.
The site will never ever be the same no matter who is the front man C.S. won't go away.
We the board worked hard and loved almost every second of it and that was what made the place what it was, we built it not him hell he wasn't around most of the time and neather was Stecz. It has to die and will, I just wish it could have been done with some respect.

LMAO, first off I would never even think of going back there for a number of reasons. When I left, and came back here nothing had changed, it was like I was never gone, which is because I never burned any bridges here.
Secondly, Heather and IB have done many great things here in the past few months to make this site everything possibly needed for my internet boating needs. For that I thank them and will continue to reward them with my content.
Thirdly, Chris Sunkin is still a lying thieving Piece of crap, who has never admitted to all the lies or the thievery, he just will sit back in the shadows while everyone has fun and the site bilks money from advertisers and tries to get people to pay for memberships. Troutly never molested my kid, but I sure wouldn't let him babysit.
Lastly Stecz, Go phuck yourself, you better watch throwing that friend word around, we WERE friends, you took a liar and a thief's word over mine. If the site is not his to sell why dont you contact the "real" owners and find out what they have to say about what is going on.

I think someone said that the "whois" records suggest that he doesnt own it, but someone else and "whois" itself says that the information is provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee about accuracy.

For someone who doesnt "own" the site he seems have a fair amount of control over it. It would seem illogical that he has all this apparent power over the site yet he doesn't own it. So if he doesnt own the site what is he? manager?

I've been a member on here and sos for a few years and enjoyed both. I understand that CS. pucked several founding members and organizations out of a lot of money. I've been screwed out of money by people too. I would go after CS. and take back what I could instead of Constantly bashing sos. Sos is a thing not a person. When sos first started the same people were bashing OSO, now its the other way around. Find a way and take back whats yours.

The founding members who put in thousands of hours to help build SOS did so thinking that the site was bigger than any one person. Turns out they were wrong - and so is your response. If one person has the keys, everyone else is just along for the ride.

Early on into this uprising I asked a few questions as to the reasons for the sudden desertion and the continued badmouthing of CS and sos on this site, as well as trying to give examples of maybe no one is perfect and perhaps CS just screwed up and maybe embellished a little bit. I was trying to give CS the benefit of a doubt.

I was instantly scolded and ridiculed by Alec in the thread, which was soon followed by a PM from Alec with a sincere apology and brief description of his frustrations and what transpired over there.

For this i replied that i will no longer participate in the site although i will continue to monitor it to see what is happening over there.

I will keep my word until somebody in the know announces an all clear sign.And by that i mean someone from this team as the others from the other team are obviously so desperate for friends that they will over look all the past and continued deceit of CS and the others simply do not know his full story yet.

Incredible some of the stories you guys have been bouncing off each other in this thread. The man is a true sociopath and anyone that hangs with him is merely a tool to be used by him on his continued path through life.

For these guys the only thing they want to "go after whats theirs" is the peace of mind of knowing that Chris Sunkin isn't using SOS as a means to Phuck other boaters.

I think they did try to go after it, and offered up what amounts to a generous offer. At that time, they didn't know that CS couldn't deliver to them what wasn't even his.. At least, that's what it seems to be given the references to Grindstone. One would think that if this outside guy did in fact own it, and was owed money by CS, that he'd just pull the plug, or simply take away the keys.

At any rate, nobody sincerely believes that CS is not still doing his thing there. There once was a reason for the founders to start the site, and that impetus is now gone. Someone over at SOS recently stated that it's no good without the photographers and tech guys. Since they're here.............

I might add, some of the additional lies by CS this week alone make the list of lies too lengthy to keep track of. Since they are on so many different levels, and so many different topics, I'd have to say he's in the top three that I've ever seen anywhere. You'd have to be a pretty "special" person to be able to work with him keeping a straight face.

Why arent you contacting the real owner of the site then? Surely that would be the easiest way to get rid of him once and for all.

I was critical of a post made by the Serious Adminstrator and later got a P.M. from Stecz where he agreed with me then my original post was deleted.
I've posted a few times since the notice of change, in fact I'm in a discussion there now regarding post count and content. I'd like to see the site survive with new clear management but with the economy we're in it's a bad time for start up web sites and that's what SOS is in my mind, a start up web site with limited viewership.

The mathematics attached to SOS currently, both in activity stats and viability of existence, make it a very bad businees deal for any potential advertiser.

To buy an annual banner ad, one has to believe that the exposure will actually last a year.
If bang for the buck doesnt matter to the advertiser then it doesnt matter to them that only 30banner ads were clicked on in the month of May 2010.

If they dont mind getting their money back if the site closes shortly then maybe they will do it just to show support, thats if they want to live with showing support to an individual that has stolen from a charity and a list of other significant stupid crap.

Who would the advertiser be supporting?? 25 people living on the Post Whore thread.

I will reimburse anyone that joins tonight as a member and pays with paypal and comes on here and tells everyone whose paypal account collected his money.
