Or he could be doing what so many others are: letting it go into default/foreclosure then sorking on a deal to cut what he owes. However, I believe foreclosure is a situation where the owner cannot be one of the suitors to acquire the property. Then again, he could always use some measure of deception to actually get the property in a short sale, etc.

I mean this in no disrespect to his family, but when someone commits a fraud like he did, it helps to bring enough like to the repercussions so that their kin don't assume Daddy's course of action is a good idea for themselves.

I take offense to being called an idiot, just because I have some fun on those two threads. There are many members here that posted daily on the post count thread while members of SOS and would still be there if it hadn't been for the Sunkin fallout. The post count thread evolved into a "chat thread" and BS thread where we could communicate daily, much the way Facebook and Twitter are used today. The "two post" thread is simply a daily game of Chain Reaction that people can participate in. Don't knock it 'till you've tried it.

Not a fan of the things that went on at SOS, but I would say this, if you post something you can BS and blow some steam and not have someone want to start a pissing match about anything. Life is to short to be negitve all the time looking for a fight. Thats my outlook on life! Carry on!

Actually U have prolly seen by most of my posts I try 2 have fun!! like the poke at racegirl above! But B'n lumped into a stereotype & called names in a very derogatory manner is NOT good fun esp when people don't even know U!! I totally agree, there were some really cool, fun people there and the conversation, many times, was enlightening. Since the site is basically done, with the exception of the final attempt to keep the lights on, there is plenty of fun to be had over here.

There is a much larger crowd, so we all tend to bump into people the wrong way. but this is a thriving environment that still values the spirit of our sport.
