"Boardroom Biographies." I started it. I loved that thread. It was a beautiful thread that brought us all a little closer together. I don't recall anything from him. But what I do know is that he was the only one that did NOT supply his address and phone number like the rest of us did. That should have said something.

Do you remember that party in KW when we stood in that place for hours and hours and he dropped by to scoop the money out of the tin and go back to whatever he was doing??
Does anyone think an apology would fix that event?? Do ya remember all the discussions in the BR planning and planning stuff and having us all get ready for Serious 2.0 when all along it wasn't happening cuz he stiffed the guy that he said was putting it all together? Hey Jay, how many fkn hours did we work on the mag while all along it was never going to happen? 100 hours? |
My favorite line from KW was when he showed up and exclaimed, "Wow, I didn't do anything, but here I am and there's this great party going on."

From what I remember he never spoke about what he did only hinted.
1. He owned Summit Automotive Equipment. He told me that they prototyped and fabricated automotive parts for the manufacturers. As it turns out, it was a shell company out of his house. I don't think that there is room for a big machine shop type business there! 2. He owned a military tactical consulting company. He travelled all over the Country consulting and training military and law enforcement people. 3. He was in the publishing business. 4. He owns Saccenti Powerboats. He told Myself, Nick and Alec in Oct. 2009 that one boat was almost completed and another one was in the mold. Both were already sold. This was laughable at best and really started the ball rolling. What better place to document and promote your new boat company that your own website!! Yet, never a word was mentioned on SOS. 5. He was the sole owner and founder of SOS. It turns out that this was the closest thing to being true....but still BS. Etc, Etc, Etc...:bsflag::bsflag::bsflag: There were 5 or 6 shell companies that were found that were all registered to the same PO Box 605 in Green, Ohio. That is in a small strip mall, most likely a mailboxes, etc or something like that. Summit Automotive Summit Cycle Summit Marine Summit Marine Rigging (This one even had a website that had some of Tres Martin's rigging jobs on the site. one of them was a 39 Dragon with 525 Merc's in it. When confronted about it, the site disappeared within days) There were a few more, but this is getting boring........ |
Do you remember how many times he told us he had 120K of his money in Serious plus another 30k for the classifieds.??
We all sat around and guessed that the real answer was about 20k. Then we were told it was really 15k. Stupid us for guessing so high. |
Hey Nick
Do ya remember when Chris blamed you when Serious 2.0 didnt happen, when you had told him all along you couldnt do it without access to the server.?? And all along he knew it couldnt happen. Complete disrespect to his supporters. And he's doing it tonight by hangin Dave out in the wind right now. |

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the math: https://www.vbulletin.com/order/index.php http://www.esvon.com/pg/products/p_classifieds/pricing/ http://www.openx.org http://www.rackspace.com/index.php And maybe a weekend to get it all up and running. |
