Shipping times should come with a disclamer from these guys. They are out of Harkers Island, NC. I called Tuesday to order a part that I needed by Friday. I couldn't find a part number on the Tilt-Trim motor installed in my boat. I described what it looked like and the rep said this is the one you need. He suggested I double check to make sure there wasn't a part number and that the one I looked at online matched the one in my boat. He said if I ordered by Wednesday that it would be to VA by Friday. I double checked, no part number but the units looked the same. I called ordered first thing Wednesday morning and waited. I checked on Thursday for a tracking number and on the online order status I noticed it said "Drop Shipped from Alternate Warehouse". I called right away and was assured that since the warehouse was in FL it would still arrive on Friday. I was 99.9% sure it wouldn't arrive in time for the weekend and of course it didn't. I called this morning to inform them that my part did not arrive on Friday as promised and all they had to say was thanks for letting us know. I will never do business with them again.

Sorry to hear this i bought some drive flanges from them and had great service. Sorry again man.

The rep was really helpful when I called to get info and order. However it's day 4 and still no part. Hopefully it will arrive today.

Wow, that sucks. I ordered an engine from them a few years back and actually received it next day in MD. They had not even charged my credit card yet, needless to say I was surprised.

Finally received my part 2 days after the stated delivery date by the rep. The best part was shipping it fedex to a residential address requiring i was there to sign it in person for a $155 part, really???
