If any of you out there, are friends of Andrew Scarinzi (221 7th ave Ortley Beach NJ) you may want to tell him its in his best interest to either send me my heads or send me my $450.00. Dirt bag takes money for parts and them forgets he needs to send them. A family emergency keeps him from going to a post office and sending a package. An excuse. Then cant be enough of a man to answer the phone. If some one knows him, please remind him how much of a P.O.S he is. Thanks.

I am from the close area and have never heard that name in the boating circles around here? Do you know what kind of boat he has?

I think he has a scarab or a baja. (under 30 feet) Sent him the money a month and a half ago. I tried to go back and look for the add in the for sale section and could not find it, to see the picture of his boat. he must have deleted it.

Good luck, I am pretty sure you can call the local athorities. Did you send him a postal money order?

I had a guy try and take me for $17k 4 years ago, two take out 496ho. Chased him for 2 months, after 1 month his phone was disconnected and business was gone. The local cops found him and he sent me back my money.....in fact he fed-exed me the exact cert check I sent him, he never cashed it! Never tried to cancel the check.

The funds have cleared. Never thought about the local cops. I take out warrents in debt every week for low lifes that dont pay my business and thought about that but doubt my local sherrif dept will serv the warrent three states away. I am not so much worrried about the loot, but I needed the heads and dont like being played. I will drive up there and pay a visit. Thanks for the input.

Not that it helps, but the boat at one of the addresses he is associated with is a Rabco. They made some pretty cool performance boats back in the day.

Amazing how many family emergencies there have been in this section lately. Funny how it's always the person who has the other's money who's family is stricken.

It's only a matter of time or messing with the wrong buyer that will get one of these sellers a true family emergency. But on the other hand people like Bill Hionas are still walking around laughing at everybody, I thought his day would come but I guess not.

Did you ever contact the other member I mentioned and get the additional info he had? Contacting scarinzis references might help?

Allen, Not sure if this is the same guy but here is a resume with the same name and state and a couple of references, The two addresses, the one you posted and the one on the resume are 6.6 miles apart.
