No there was no paperwork, or anything sent to me from court, default judgement was never rendered as there was no evidencevof service, and yes anyone can file in small claims with or without evidence, erik still has $4500 of mufflers so he was more than made whole, he would never take the check for his mufflers, this has beenan amusing day but im on vacation so enough for today, thanks for the winter entertainment , by the way im on six other boating sites and have never got banned, only oso has the idiots like u to play with,
