Marine marks custom crap
Beware of Marine Marks custom panels. They use a poor quality material and charge you full price. We ordered over 500$ worth of panels and the color in the printed material looked like it came off a cheap home printer, and they put a thick coat of acrylic over it. The color was way off, and they messed up the wording. Just an overall poor job. It was impossible to get someone to call us back. The customer service was HORRIBLE. I would not recommend them to paint my toenails then alone touch anyones boat.
Even after complaints were made, we still did not receive any refund. They remade the panels, and they looked just as bad. I don't care if anyone has had good service from them, our service and product were so terrible, and again we did not get our money back! It is not a cheap risk and your odds are better to just go to the casino and blow your money. Be advised you have been warned. Sincerely, SAD |
This was EXACTLY the same case for my friend trying to get some Donzi panels done.
In short - Marine Marks SUCKS! |

Agreed...Marine Marks Sucks!!!
I had the same experience last year getting panels made for my at the time Formula 272. I talked with them on the phone and was assured that they had a fast turn around time and that they made quality products......
Well, I spent about $500 as well on "custom" carbon fiber panels. First problem was the 10 day turn around took 9 weeks. And they would not return calls or emails and would not ship my old panels back that I had to send them as templates so I could not use my boat. Next, the carbon fiber was cheap printing on the back of acrylic and it was such a horrible distorted image that I did not even want to use it. I complained, was told I would be refunded and also that replacements would be made. Neither happened. Not to mention that the new panels did not fit properly and I had to drill new holes in them as well as trim them. Overall....poor product, poor service, and a bunch of BS to go with it. I would never ever recommend them to anyone ever!!!!! |
Beware Of Seller
Sent template to ensure dash panel would be correct. First dash panel that was shipped was wrong. Second panel was so poorly packaged that it was broke in many pieces. Now they don't answer the phone and it has been over 2 months and still no dash panel. Please BEWARE!!!!!!

The only way I got them in gear was that I had luckily paid through paypal. I opened a claim and when paypal took their money back from them they were instantly in a hurry to take care of me. The stuff was still junk though! |

Sick of this
Guys....
Send me your sheet. Done. Period. Tell me what you want for substrate, and I'll give you tons of options on design....not cad, not photoshop.....actual layout on your substrate choice. THEN......AND ONLY THEN....will you send me money for materials. Substrate is cheap......unless you want it made out of virgin twenty something vagina....then we need a deposit...... Graphics? You design them and send the file. Pattern or hydro dip, got it under control from this side. I give options, you make a decision. Easy. For nothing more than the chance to help a fellow oso'er, I made a panel for iculookin.....ask him in pm or public....he can tell u first hand if I suck.... If you like, shipping paid by you.....I will send your originals prior to new panel completion....or wait....does not matter to me.... Don't have a website, don't have a fax, but I have a phone that is in my pocket when I am awake......and I answer or call back right away. This is not what I do for a living, so I am not advertising without paying. For me, this is a hobby. Without sounding arrogant, I am among the top 10 premier "custom" fabricators in the US. If need be, I can give you what I think are the other 9.....and we are the elite creating cars and other visions for major manufacturers seen at ces, sema, and magazine teasers (concepts) globally. Should this be an expensive proposition? Yes. Will it be? No. Again.....it's a hobby now. I make my money renting houses and boats.....I make my mind rest by fabricating custom stuff for boats and boats only. Too old to deal with cars and fantasies...and the companies that come with those projects. Try me, don't.....but if you do.....tell your oso brothers and sisters. Look in restorations and upgrades for iculookins panel fab |

Looks like its not actually a business since its a $1mil+ home. Probably some kid doing it on the side for extra cash.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...ps4323a761.png I would have to say....unless this guy Mark has a change of heart....those panels are gone. :( :( |
Yup....that does make it more difficult.....however....
I can get them (most likely) from another member here.....or I can give instruction as to how he can make a exact plug for me to use (or anyone else for that matter) and then ship to me. Real easy process and should take two hours from start to wrap and put in box....with no level of expertise required. Here if yall need me...... |
Guys - thanks for all your help and support!
Marinemarks is still alive and showed up :eekdrop: :party-smiley-004: :bunnydance:....... it """"seems""" the ""panels are ready to ship""... more details on this DRAMA to follow once sorted..... |

Not a business....
I have several, but I do this as a hobby. I used to make super exotic custom crap for the likes of rockford, Orion, Sony, NHRA, kicker and even did a few for the dopes out in calli known as West coast customs.
I refuse to make anything for a vehicle anymore.....so if it is for a race car or show car, lie to me! So much crap I built is sema wonder.....and ces.....but the coolest thing I ever did was a concept cobra on a fox body chassis with ford and caroll Shelby. (rip) Aside from those builds, I have built one off cars and trucks for penny hardaway, Darryl Gardner, Irving spikes, James (jt) brown, zach Thomas, Terry Kirby, Brian cox, Jason Taylor, douchebag Dan Marino, Anthony Harris, several movie cars and too many gold tooth rock slangin corner boys to mention. I can give you whatever you like in the form of a receipt from my AMR business. It stands for All Marine Resources.....but it is only a service and rental biz....for whatever that's worth. As far as powder, yes.....I have west coast powder a couple of miles from me. Kudos on aluminum as a substrate. However, I think you might want to reconsider how/what you cover it with. 3/16 is likely to deform in the post application when the bake it, and you have infinite options with hydro dip......plus it is stupid durable on a rigid substrate like aluminum. I can print any design (you provide with accompanying cmyk) on gel and transfer to the panel. As far as the template..... We should have a short conversation over the phone so I can instruct you on how to make a perfect, exact plug to ship. Once I have to plug, I transfer to acrylic for my own, and send you one so you can confirm fitment. Once confirmed, I will offer you multiple layout options....and you keep the blank for your own tinkering. Plus....now you have your own clean slate if I die or get deported (joke...was born here) Other than that, it is a really straight forward event. You send, I design and build to your specification, you install. You can reach me ANYTIME between 8am and 10pm 7days est. No...after 10am on the weekends....but you get what I am saying. Sorry for the book.... Rich 239-349-5395 |
Andrew,
I have gone through the same mess with MarineMarks. He has some panels of mine that I have shipped back to him in September and have not heard anything from them. I just found his cell number on the internet. 636-519-0728. The guys name is Mark Vickroy. |
