Just called them again. Now the excuse is that their supplier isn't producing a specific component needed in the 270 degree gauges and they are now looking for another source. They have no idea when they will become available but they have another gauge that is different but kinda looks similar. What kind of f**king bulls**t is this?

Replaced all my gauges and actually got good service. Mike was helpful when I ordered the gauges. I did have to decide to take 270 degree sweep gauges when other were not avaialble but they gave me at reduced price price. They have an alternate site that discounts prices...Monster gauges.com. Again
had no issues.

Again, all I have had was issues. I was not offered any gauges at any alternate price or site. Im getting to the point where my next thread will be ***K GAFFRIG.

With me being a NewB, I didn't want to start a thread bashing a company.

BUT

Since one is already started, I'll chime in.
I have a GPS Speedo that I've already sunk money diagnosing / repairing for a dead battery 2 seasons ago.
First time out last season it stopped working again.
When I was having my boat put away at the end of last season, I had my Marine Guy handle it for me, since he handles all my other boats.
He couldn't get thru to them on the technical support, no emails returned, getting the runaround, etc.
Keep in mind they had all winter to get back with him to get this resolved.

This spring I put the broken gauge back in so at least I don't have a hole in the dash.

Gaffrig-----never again.

It's like bashing my head against a brick wall.
Then let people know there is going to be a long wait instead of pissing them about , and Perhapps if Mike didn't spend a hour talking to you on the phone and spent his time returning peoples emails and phone messages people would be more understanding . I no longer want my gauges getting them elsewhere
