I got burned on a similar deal except mine where completely worn out not rotted out. That assembly was definitely off a saltwater boat. Mine all the pins where shot. Sorry to hear, but I won't buy anything like that used on here or anywhere else unless I personally see it. At this point only one I trust to stand behind they're products/sale is Mike Mello period.

As I told the gentleman that purchased the transom assembly from me I personally did not look at the unit that close. I had a buddy pull it off boat for me and package for shipping.... the pics. I provided where taken on my phone by him and I sent them. I agree that the parts are bad after seeing the new pics posted by the purchaser on here! as I told the purchaser in the beginning I would refund the money if he could wait a few weeks for me to re-coop the funds. Yes I spent the money right away. I'm not stating that this is normal but that was the situation at the time! now here is where I stand now. This person couldn't wait for refund, so instead wrecked my reputation on OSO almost immediately! explain to me how this can ever be made right again? I'm sorry for the mistake, but not feeling the love here! you know its funny I haven't even been on here in quite some time but everybody is still going on and on bout it. Furthermore trying to bash me in personal other sites.... not how I roll boys! When someone can tell me how all can be fixed and ERASED we can talk. Send him his money back, with interest, and write him a sincere apology if you are in fact apologetic for this mess.
