Hope they catch the DB's but it would be nicer if you could and beat the SH!T out of them before the cops show up....... try using "Search Tempest" as well, it searches all of craigslist for the description you have entered (I.E. Imco outdrive)... just a thought as I am certain that's where allot of stolen parts are being sold.

The propellers have serial numbers from Bblades on them too. I'm sure I have them or Brett has them.

Well to top it off the insurance company only wants to pay 15 percent of the 28k due to "depreciation" even though I have an agreed hull value, and told the lady when I bought the policy of all the stuff on the boat she never mentioned this. Everyone on earth knows these drives arent 15 years old, but I have no proof at them moment. Just never thought I would be in this situation... I am beyond frustrated. Nothing like goin to sea coming back to missing drives and steering and then having your insurance company screw you.

Usually the insurance company will pay you the depreciated value and when you purchase your new parts they pay you more. I just went thru this with a house fire on my damaged belongings. They paid me the depreciated value up front for my stuff and as I bought new items that cost more I had to turn in receipts and they sent me more money.

Hope it works the same for you.
