Horrible flashbacks to the National Marine deal. OMG I think I will go vomit now!!

I told him to get me a title and take the listing down
He claims his "bookkeeper" stole the money
I spoke to the seller he lives in dade county and is pissed and Its in the works

As much as it will suck to hear this, these words are absolutely true. And having "possession" of the boat doesn't really do you any (legal) good.

Of course if it was me, I'd hide the boat somewhere very safe.

So he openly admits the money was "stolen" at what point was he going to notify you. Secondly is there a police report for the theft/embezzlement that he now admits to. lastly that has zero to do with him paying off the loan. this sucks all around.

No it's the housatonic river in Stratford I owned a house opposite the non operational power plant up there

Boat was searched for tracking devises and is indoors so no fly overs can find it
