I have a commercial storage facility, and the lease agreement specifically states that the leasee is responsible for insurance, and warrants that it is in place. Indoor, outdoor and mini storage is all worded the same.

Even under the circumstances that a boat is in for winter storage and the building collapses, the damage to the boats falls back on the boat's owner(s) and their insurance policy - not the facility.(unless gross negligence is determined on the property owner at which point the boat insurance companies go after the property owner),
If you own it, it is your obligation to maintain coverage year round if you want peace of mind.
Obviously a 39' in December with snow on the ground will go missing just as easily as the summer months

NO insurance for sure. Coverage is under the boat policy not the marina's in Canada. This is most likely in a container already getting ready to ship overseas
Shame but happens every once in a while.

Looks like the 39 CC on the Nor-Tech website. The 10' beam is not going to make it very shipping friendly.

Not that easy to ship......
It's too big in every dimension for a shipping container and too long for a flat rack. It would need to go roll-on/roll-off which is very exposed to peering eyes.
My guess, if it's a professional job, the boat is hiding in a workshop and getting a new color.
Hopefully there's some CCTV cameras in the area.
