As they say, "If there's no pics, it didn't happen".
Unless the op comes back on and posts a few pics and something solid to back up his story, I'd dismiss it as just one annoyed little person whose boat did not meet his expectations.

If you want to be taken seriously, back up some of the allegations against the manufacturer and dealer.
