Another Scumbag in the past screwing people in the boat repairing business.
He is currently trying to squat on the house next door to the house I am docking my trawler at in Cape Coral.
When confronted he had 4 different stories within 5 minutes of me speaking with him than he called the cops on me and I waited next door for them to show.
Cop tells me Andrew owns the property and knows him and if I confront him again he is taking me to jail.
I am speaking with his Sergeant soon as I have a spare minute.
Exwife is in High end Insurance and deals with property records daily and she says Lee county is never more than a month behind transactions but there is no record of transactions in the last 15 years.
Started doing a little research on him after discovering his real name after he gave me his fake name.
Total Scumbag , has 20 something different seedy corporations in the last 15 years.
I’ll keep you posted on the rest of the details as I get them.
