I know that feeling, I managed a c.o.d. deal in California over the summer which would have worked well if it was the correct part. E-mailing countless times and being totally ignored really pisses me off. In due time I will post a thread on this "fellow oso'er"

We were just ripped off on E-Bay, never rec'd what we paid for, and my VISA just gave me all my money back ($534). If you used VISA or Mastercard w/ PayPal, you can get some or all of your money back as long as you have the documentation showing you tried contacting him. If you sent directly to him, you are out of luck I'm afraid.

This guy sucks!!! I have bought and sold quite a few parts with OSO members with out any problems. I am very thankful of that! I sent over $4,000 worth of parts to Tres Martin without being paid and didn't think twice. It is nice to deal with honest people like most on the board, Ebay is a little scary. I hope a big dog bites his nuts off.
