They also had a 43 scarab painted in tiger strips with triple 454- 450's that was a brand new boat in 95 and did not sell untill 2002 or 03. Ive bought 2 brand new boats from Charlene and have had a wonderfull experience each time. But they like to hold on to those boats. i'd be very surprised if that boat runs 80, few years ago after it finally sold and the blowers were installed i had a friendly lake competion with it out in the main channel and could pretty well walk away from it at anytime and i run right at 80. when i test drove the boat in 94 it had 502/390hp and it was a low 60mph boat. when your behind the wheel of those 43 flat decks it looks like an aircraft carrier 's deck huge.
