cockpit covers
 

many questions since I have a new (well to me it's new) BT.

Cockpit covers-are they all standard fit, 46 BT. I would like to buy a new one from BT, anyone know $$, without me bothering them.

Also, I have a color GPS and would like to replace the BW, can I reach up behind the small dash panels like where the radio control is mounted (instead of raising the whole dash) don't really want to disturb fact silicone. HAs anyone changed out GPS'.

Here we go replacing stuff......

Give BT a call on your questions. I'm sure they'd be happy to help, especially since you're looking at buying a cockpit cover.

I need a new one also. Bt told me about $600. I just havent ordered it yet.

My dash is not siliconed on. I remove it pretty regular. Also, if you ever need to, when I was running my smart craft gauges wiring, I removed the fridge in the cabin and I could completely crawl in there behind the dash and see all the way down to the engine room. I have been very pleased with the access I've found when removing stuff in my 06 460EC.

BTW, I have also found that since they are a factory direct mfg. that they do not mind talking to you about anything. They are not like calling a boat mfg direct that has retailers they would prefer you to go through. Just my $.02.

i need a new one for my 46 dosent fit and i just got a full cover that gose under the very nice it is red

I need a new cockpit cover as well but I will probably be having my local canvas guy make it as he has done a lot for me and will be building camper canvas as well but I would be happy to have him build you one and ship it to you as I am sure he will do it much cheaper than $600

yea i got one that gose all the way round so the paint will not get wrecked the coolers red it is one of those light cover it has it own bag to carry it in
