How long is a 43 and 46 BT on trailer?

I am building a shop now and these are kind of my dream boats so I was wondering what the total length of one of these boats from tongue to drives would be roughly.

Might as well figure a 50 Hustler or 50 NT, just to be on the safe side !!!!! :evilb:

I might as well get room for the 80 roadster

I have wondered what all these boats really weigh and what the max length is on the trailer myself..the 43 Nor-tech as well. not the 80 though...:lolhit:

My 460 BT on a goose neck trailer is about 55' if I were to do it over I would make the building big enough to fit the boat and the truck in when hooked up. It also takes a 11' high door and that gives about a 1" to spare.

We shortened the tounge on our trailer by two feet, but our #6's stick out around 2' more, so ours is about the same as a stock 43' on a stock manning. I would guess around the 46-47 mark, and add 3' for the 46'. If it weren't for zoning issues, a 60' shop is ideal for manueverability (pulling drives off without pulling the boat out, etc... moving stuff in front and behind the boat). 10' more space in our 49'x30' would be really nice.

So sounds like I could fit one in my 55ft shop but need to upgrade to 11 ft door right?

I have a 2001 430SC on a Manning trailer. I put it in our shop which is 50'. Just enough room to put the step ladder in the back and just enough to walk by the tongue. If I was build again 60' would be nice. Also they are 9' 6" beam. Supposedly a 46 is just longer in the nose and swim platform. I bet on the trailer it would end up being a couple feet longer.

55' is adequate. Not sure on the 11ft door though on the tall decks. Hopefully someone here can give you some measurements. Also, I believe the 460 tall decks are a bit taller than the 430 tall decks....

well I could fit one of these monsters in my shop length ways (35x70) but that would be right through the center role up door, I also have 2 doors in the 35' width to house other toys so something would have to go or better yet a bigger shop/addition would be needed:rolleyes:
