We found a 2000SC with 500efi's and new aluminum trailer, bought it today.

What is the actual size difference in a 43 EC and 46 EC? Is the cockpit the same size?

Yes. Same size. Longer nose, and longer swim platform. Also, the deck is a bit taller and the intakes near the engine are completely different.
