What do you want to know?

Well, that's going to cover quite a bit of territory since I'm still personally new to boating (chuckle). I still need to go through a safety course so I'm more familiar with the basics. Personally, I wanted to learn some best-practices for purchasing and maintaining a boat, and how to keep a boat in the off-season. Professionally, I was curious what the average boater thinks about safety laws, and what kind of info they like to see online from organizations like the Department of Boating and Waterways. So, like I said: kind of basic for now. I looked around this forum before joining and thought there was a lot to read about and learn from and the high level of activity that helps with that.

There's something very wrong in this concept.
Let's see, we'll assign a guy to a "boating safety team" that hasn't even completed a "basic safety course", and knows relatively chit for nothing about boating (from his "chuckle:rolleyes:-I don't find much funny about it personally):lolhit::lolhit:

Ok, here's what I'd like to see from another government agency website....NOTHING! NADA!
Chitcan the useless programs and beurocracies and balance the damn budget!!
Too much duplication of services in local, state and federal governemts.
