PFD's

WHich runs and clubs are still optional with regards to pfd's and which have made them mandatory. I know some runs it seems that the promoters insurance makes you sign a waiver stating you will wear one but only about 20% of participants seem to comply.

all of the official poker runs require them...like you said for insurance purposes
