OK I give up. Have looked at the vidio several times and other than the winch strap not attached and maybe a saftey chain in addition to the strap I can't see a issue. Forget the Power Loading issue as this is up in a Canadian marina that I know well and some times we need to use the boat power to help the truck get out of this ramp.

Only other thing that looked funny was the registration # on the boat as it is NOT a Canadian one for sure and could not figure it out. I think this boat was owned by someone I knew in the past.
