That is a Scorpion 24 by Devaronna ,,
same exact tough boat as the Carrera 24 just different guy building it.

I saw this boat race in Miami back in the day!!! The best 24' race boat in it's class. I think it was #1 in class A for a few years down here. I saw when they were testing the new Mercruiser outdrive on the boat at Crandom Park Marina and Frank was there with the Mercruiser staff testing.... I have a 24' Carrera myself, with the original "Carrera" logo on the side.
