Default 259 Convincor prop suggestions

Recently purchased w/496 MAG-HO and has the Mirage+ 23P prop which ran 63-64 GPS at just over 5K on tach and 4 people in boat during water testing. Weather permitting I have the Mirage+ 25P and REV4 23 & 25P props yet to try. Would like feedback on what props other owners have tried and what were the results. Also I presume I was on the limiter... how does the PCM control the limiter.. fuel, spark, timing, etc.?

Sounds like perfect with the 23P Mirage.

Not sure if you would gain any speed, but it might be worth it to try a 24p Bravo 1. Most that have Convincors end up running a bravo (myself included). Its so much better all around on my hull than a 3 blade. If you end up getting rid of that 23p Rev 4, let me know. I'd love to test it on my hull with the new engine.

Was out this past Sunday with the Mirage+ 25P... 58* with 3 riders and was surprised that I presume RPM was on/close to limiter. Got a VERY HAPPY spee

HAPPY Speedo..
do but think tach should be within +/- 150 RPM. My guess was running 70?

Not sure on selling the REV props as I have them advertised selling with my Stingray 230SX-502MAG boat.

We had a 2000 259 Convincor. I agree w/ Corey B1 props are nice on the 259 Convincor for all around performance.

Try a Hydromotive if you can get your hands on one. They take away some of the Checkmate bounce since they are a stern lifter.
