The pics appear to be at Loggerhead Marina in Riviera Beach (about 30-35 miles from Palm City). I thought it was a CL scam but they have the same pics/price in both ads.

The price is getting better and the motors/interior were just refreshed! Previous prices were higher and if the boat was in need of a few bucks refreshing things then it really was priced too high. Remember the 43 Punisher w/700's was very reasonable when it finally sold also......one off boats don't = high prices! 
Technically Chief 42's are still being made so it wouldn't be exactly a "one off"
