it is with a tear in my eye that i say farewall to the Chris Craft owners section. my 260 is sold . . . . well not actually sold but i just traded it for a 1989 ScarabIII (yea . . . i cant believe it either) its actually a pretty nice turn key boat needing a good cleaning and a few things hear and there. the owner saw my boat a few times this last summer at a few of the water front resteraunts we have here and struck a deal i couldnt refuse. he has been lookin to get a smaller boat and had a Stinger before.

my 260 has been the best boat i have ever had, cant tell you how much i love that thing. it has served my very well since the day i got it. you know . . you can take the man out of the chris craft but you cant take the chris craft out of the man :D i will still be a regular to this section. theres alot of great projects going on and i thnk i can still lend a bit of knowledge. :cool:


if anybody knows someone lookin for a smokin deal on a ScarabIII let me know . . gotta move this thing to keep the 38 Scarab :cool:

1989 34 foot Scarab, Merc 365Mags with Bravos. pretty nice package actually this thing reminds me of a giant 260 Stinger. really well layed out with plenty of room. askin 20K if you know anyone lookin it will be listed in the classifieds and i think i will run it on EBAY for a week to. :cool: :drink:

i dont expect this to last to long. first person that comes and looks at it will leave with it. this thing is a great party go-fast boat. full shore power, fridge, huge cabin, blah blah blah. like i said this thing really reminds me of a giant 260 Stinger. layed out to entertain :D :D

I would buy it if I were in the market this year,too much work at the house for a new boat right now.That is a smokin deal!!
I could prob swing it if the wife would let me but I usually get what I want anyway but not this time!! :(
