Pulled engine on the 245 Limited today
I finally had time to pull my engine in my limted,I will be building a new one this winter.
I am hoping to gain a few MPH but more important I need planing ability, the limited is weak with a small block,I have a forged and balanced 350 coming with flat top pistons,ZZ9 Gm performance cam to use with my existing dart sportsman200 heads, dual plane inteke and 650 holley. Hoping for 300-350 horse and 375-400 ft.lbs torque we'll see. I love the fact you can take out the whole back of the boat to get access easier to the engine. I attached a pic of the engine pulling because I was surprised I was able to do it with my homemade cherry picker!! http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e4...g/118_3528.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e4...g/118_3532.jpg |
