How fast you looking to get one? i may be selling my project this summer... :D

Sick Stinger 01-20-2008 06:50 PM

Wasnt really looking for a project just a drop and start

Wally 01-21-2008 08:22 AM

well she wouldnt be a project at that point anymore :D but if you wanted a BBC then you would need to change the LT1/Alpha out to a 454/bravo :D

Bilgerat 01-21-2008 08:34 AM

I've got one that may be cheap but again no big block. it is an alpha genII and the engine is out right now but is basically a stockish sbc with 1.6 rockers, imco exhaust, and a m-1 procharger. Problem is the stringers are a touch pissed off which is what has the engine out of it now.

Sick Stinger 01-21-2008 11:53 AM

Bilge what are you talking for $$$$

I miss that boat now that i look back on it that was the best bang for the buck and ran like a top only had 15 or so hours on the motor. Looks great does he like it?

I have a 1971 XK22. I redone it in 2002. 454 .30 my engine builder claims arouind 500hp. Pro-comp heads, msd ign. edlebrock intake, 750 Holley, Teague drive Bravo I XR drive, dual hyd ram latham steering, CMI headers, Gaffrig controls and guages. Interior was done in 2003 and they didn't use marine grade plywood, so the interior needs help. boat runs mid 60's. I would like to get $7,500.00. O yea trailer has new tires, rims, brakes, axles and bunks.

Hi Mike, yes my friend likes the boat. He use it beside his Scarab 5000 Meteor. Its funny cuz this stock 454/330 really runs strong. Now its Bravo drive on it. Still waiting for some pics from u.
