Need all the info on chris cats!
Ok guys no BS here looking at the Cat n the classifieds. Arnosons good on the boat? 800 h.p. what speeds are we talking and is it safe speeds? Hows the cabin how about pics of chris cats that board members have or know of. I need help on this one would be my 1st cat.

Thaks -Mike Have you talked to the owner? I think that if you are serious, you need to go check it out. All of the feedback that you may get from this thread will be opinions only. Especially with the drives. You will not find a another Chris Cat with Arnesons, so opinions with any other combination are basically invalid. Nothing like seeing/experiencing the boat first hand. |

I am in Michigan, I bought my Chris Cat three years ago, it is an outboard, twin 3.0 ProMax, 300HP each. It is a lot of fun and once you drive one you will never go back to V hulls. Mine was one of the last outboard racers built in 86 with an unfinished cabin. But the Cats with the finished cabins are real nice. The boats are very stable to 100-115MPH, inboard or outboard. After I bought it (it was my first also) I found a lot of help, all the questions I had to have answered were.

Gee wiz, i have an idea, call my cell and i will answer all questions 703-517-6924. I run a construction Co and am not always in front of a computer. I am serious about sale, just tired of entertaining people with little to do but email in there spare time.lol:drink:
