hello! I have a 1985 25 ft chris craft scorpion.
two questions, where can I find the dry weight for boat?
where can I find instruction to replace bellows for outdrive?

Try looking at weight of 260 scorpion in this forum just below this one . I did not know they also made a 25 scorpion.

The 1987 Chris Craft catalogue listed the 260 Stinger at 3950lb Dry, so your Scorpion should be close. There was only listings for a Scorpion 230 and 311 in that book though.

My manual for my 86, 260 scorpion stinger said dry weight is 5500 lb. Now I have been told that is with out engiens, fuel or gear. If you are looking to buy a trailer best go at least 8000 lb. just to be safe. I may try to get mine on a scale this summer,with the total trailer and all.

The 5500 lbs is not weight without engines. 5500 is dry weight with engines. No gear, fuel, or trailer.

I think TomZ on this site has original brochures that list the weights for 1987 models.
