sheesh...now where did you hear that?? :)

that boat was owned by Ed Germano who owns/owned the Hit Factory recording studio in Manhattan. It spent much of it's life on a lift in the Quogue canal in Westhampton.

Nice boat Don..can I get a ride this summer :)

I heard that from the owner of the boat. I don't think that he is on OSO, but his screenname on speedwake is GrumpyBullet. Maybe he lied, I'll see if I can get ahold of him and verify. I'm sure that you know more about it than he would if you know the past owners.

I can vouch for that. I remember seeing that boat on the hydro-hoist forever and knew it was the owner of the marina. Ed did a bang up job to that sh*t hole of a marina. It was sweet to see all the toys sitting up on the hydro hoists. True Ed passed on & wife sold the marina?

Yeah, they really turned Eastoprt Marina around...cosmetically...and spent a fortune in doing so. I don't think they ever filled up all of those hydro hoists though...but I never went down there during the summer.
