Yes he did. I believe it's Kevin's boat. The one Carter redid last winter. If you look closely in one of the latest pics I posted in my build thread you will see it next to our Bullet.

The ones I have know have just the hoops I need the ones that are stronger ones that hold the drop out seats that leave a little rest pad sticking out

IMO, you now own the best rough water boat in the 30' range. Your speeds may not be as fast as newer hulls, but in exchange, you get a sweet ride, and a nice cabin to boot.
