Thanks for the kind words Mark and Rob. Mark and I really enjoy making the modifications to our older boats. After the next run to the Abacos the new project begins, 871,s on the Chief 540s. We will add Bam 1350 transmissions and put the Konrads to the test. And sorry Rob but there will be scoops on the hatch.

Re: Cafe Dash Modifications
Z/P,
Actually, now I see why you have got to do it. But on my boats it was always Angela that thought it was a terrible way to screw up a delightfully flat area on the stern. (And I'll bet Patty does too) And with me always doing the covergirl cabin's, flat space was always at a premium on my cigs. I have to admit though. All that power looks pretty inviting. But think about blower whine and all that other noise that you're gonna hear now. Especially after you add the Windscreen, (if you haven't already). Have a great time in the Abaco's. Be Safe and take lots of pics. Best, Rob.. |

Re: Cafe Dash Modifications
The Garmin is a 182C and, not only does it fit just right in the dash but is much easier to read/reach.
