That seems to be the truth! I am sure you have heard from first hand what has been going on. We have several times. I talked to a few people today and that seems to be what everone is saying. By the way, we go to The Art of Desing TOMORROW TO PICK UP OUR BOAT AND FINALLY HIT LAKE MICHIGAN!!!!!!!!!!

I have NEVER had a problem getting anything from Cigarette. You might have to do a little "trying" to get in touch with the right people, but they will help you out. Bud is generally on the water doing water tests with the new boats.

What about when you place a big clothing order and it's back ordered for three months!! :eek: :eek: They have stuff in now, they went through a phase that they couldn't keep things in and they were switching suppliers. Jo had to send a note every time we ordered for about 4 months that they were out of product! I agree though, they do help when you put it to em!

Well 2 days with no return call...wonder if they will.

I guess I'll never understand the boat biz, has to be the worst customer service for an indusry outside the government.

They are closed right now. Skip is on vacation for the next week. He won't return anyones call. Not even Mercury with a broken brand new boat. Hopefully they will get back to you next week.
