I'm drooling all over my keyboard looking at this flat deck. Go to the owners website link. There is a large file of pictures.

Yep, I was looking at it the other day. I just sold my Cig and if that one had a sunpad it would be on my short list.

That is nice.
Once again, If I only had the cash. I find myself saying that alot these days.
I like the turn down exhaust, but looks like a B!tch to keep clean.
How difficult is it to find props for #5's?

Looks cool, what is up with the scoops, they look like they are pointing to the port side, or is that an illusion.

WOW! That is the nicest flat deck I've ever seen! I noticed the scoops thing too. 130k for an '84 boat? Everythings relevant I guess.

Nice boat. A little too nice for me.

What about the cutout on the transum? I see this on the newer boats. Did the owner make that cut?

Is it for speed? Handling? Or what?

Thanks for all the nice comments. I realize that it is a lot of money for a 1984 Cigarette, but the power and the drives along with the overall condition of the boat make it, in my opinion, a steal. I have over 200K into the boat, and I don't believe that you can reproduce one like it for $129900.
I still have the original sunpad/hatch for the boat that would go with it, if the new owner wishes it. The obvious problem is that it won't "fit" with the blowers.
Props for #5's are the same as for a #6, they just use a smaller plastic sleve in the non-splined end.
If you look at the orientation of the carbs on the PSI's, you will see that they are not in a straight line, hense the angled scoops. I wanted to keep the bottom of the scoops close to the flame arrestors, and it is also conversation topic.
The transom has a notch built into it that was not on the original 1984 boat. I had that done, with the assistance of Neil @ Cigarette, several years ago, before I put the box's on. With the Stelling's box's it is probably redundant. I could probably take the box's off and put the drives back on the transom and have the same result.
Please pass the word out among your friends about my boat, any help selling would be greatly appreciated.
If I can help any othe Cigarette with anything on their boat, I would be happy to. I've done everything on this boat and have had it completely apart, so I know it inside and out.

G.K.

$200 K into the boat.
$130 K to sell.
-$70 K = profit.

This is pretty good boating math.
If you put into the equation:
Classic X
Fun = Y/$ : CONCLUSION= Value
Bargain.

Damn! I'm either Einstein of boat math, or an Idiot Savant.
I'm guessing the latter of the two.

Sweet boat. I'd buy it, but I don't like the steering wheel. Only thing holding me back from cutting the check.
Just Kidding, good luck in the sale, it truly is a classic.
