Rumor has it from a good source in Florida that Cigarette has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Anyone else hear this ar have any info.?

There is an old case out there from 2000, that was an 11, may be what he/she is refering too.

Yep, my girlfriend looked it up awhile back and it's from a past issue. She works for a bankruptcy firm.

I dont even have to call Lipship, phil calls me once every other week to make sure the boat is OK. What a guy, cant wait for the next one
