I was thinking the same thing. Lots of people are going to the windscreen. Something has to happen to those old flaps when they make the change.

I had a set but I think they are sold. I can let you know in a few days if you are still interested.

I believe we also have a set on the shelf that we took off a 38 TG when we did the windshield. Give us a call if you are interested.

Trick marine has them in two sizes (6x13) or (6x18) in your choice of color for $60 each. I ordered three for my 38 Flatdeck. Very nice and functional pieces.

Interesting that people are looking for the wind deflectors. I would be interested in a windshield. Where do I go for that? If I get one, I'll have three wind deflectors to off.

I could see how the wind screan could really help with the wind and visibility. But, i Like the looks of the flaps. They really gave the cig a signiture look!

I made a Lexon windscreen that attaches to original three aluminum flip up screens. You have to use slots in the new screen for the bolts attaching it to the original to allow it to swing up and down. You can run with it up or down - works great. Was thinking about marketing them, but not enough time. The angle and length of attaching slots is critical. If anyone is interested, I'll take a pic and send it along.

Mike- I was preparing to do the same thing...instead of switching to a full windscreen. I would appreciate any more info and maybe some pics.
Thanks-MJB

Top Gun Wind Screen

I've got a pics of Lexon Wind Screen up and down and a close-up of out side and center aluminum flap where it's attached. The angle and length of attaching slots are critical for it to go up and down easily. I cut the two outside aluminum flaps down to see over. Left the center one full size for support of W/S. It works great. Most people don't even notice it, which I guess is good. For some reason I can't post pics here. If you want pics, send email to: [email protected] and I'll send them along.
