I'm pretty sure it is the same bottom with the new deck like pm203 said.
Saw two side by side and it looked like same bottom but the GT had the new deck and cockpit of the 39. |

its the same hull with a differnt deck...they did this soo you die hard have to have the latest and greatest have to spend more money and buy the newst version.

I'll revise my post:
Cockpit, cabin & deck of the 39. A slightly revised 38 TG TS hull. LOTS more motorbox room, cockpit moved forward compared to the old boat. |
