Thare sure are NO boats that are appeciating but would'nt he just be better off listing it at "135k" firm if that is what the seller really wants, rather than all these "cuties" that list and quote high and then get insulted with a lowball? Or the others that "all of a sudden" leave the price off and ask for "all reasonable and serious offers will be considered, "not a fire sale but will negotiate" ?
