Why don't you answer skop55 Dave? Thanks for the comment Playn, it is a beautiful boat. Notice how the tramson looks silver, the paint is really cool, it changes from a bright silver, back to black, according to how the sun hits it. Pics don't do any of the Cigs justice, they are much more beautiful in person. Give me a call diamond Dave.

Glad you think so thedonz. I wanted to buy it through Martin Marine at the time it got hit at the race ( I forget which race) but it hadn't been repaired at the time and they told me it wasn't available. Nice boat.

At first I wasnt digging the black transom.... then I spent an hour scrubbing my swim platform and transom after running yesterday.... I like the black transom. That is paint, right???

dhlaw, It is paint and it's the only way to go, dark paint that is. I was afraid it would be hot in the middle of the summer, but has not been an issue. The last boat I had the transom was white, and I spent more time cleaning it than the rest of the boat. The paint on this boat is really cool because it changes from bright silver to black.

Agree... Painted (a dark color) is the only way to go.
