Fred ---- On another note.... I called you guys two days ago looking to buy several Lifeline Jackets and, on the first attempt, I was left on hold (without anyone checking back in w/ me) for a little over 5 minutes (before I got frustrated and hung up). So, I called back..... and after mentioning it to the guy who answered the phone, he apologized and asked if I could hold again (to which I gladly did). After looking at the timer on my phone, I noticed I was again approaching the 5 min. hold mark. So, I hung up and called back (again). I let the guy (I don't remember his name) who answered know that I understand when someone's busy and needs to call me back, but I didn't appreciate begin left on hold for such a long time, especially w/ out anyone checking back in w/ me or asking to take a message etc... The guy got a bit snippy after I told him that I was looking to buy Lifeline Jackets and needed them PDQ, as I'm heading to Fl. next week.

I wanted to let you know, especially considering your high level of integrity and always leaving me (and I'm sure all your customers) w/ a sense of really being taken care of. I am by no means boycotting you guys, but I did get the jackets thru other means, and will gladly give you guys a call when I need something else (especially now that you're also a Cig. guy :chick: ).
