Did you see some of the articles? 524 miles in 8 1/2 hours at an average speed of 64MPH. I'm sore just reading that. Thanks for the link.

One of the things that interests me is the drawing of "The Cigarette" Don's racing boat, it looks like it has a staggered setup seeing how close the drives are. If anybody has any photos of what's under the hood please post. What did they do to get 475hp back in 1969?

"The Cigarette" was staggered....90% of all all race boats back then were staggered if not all
