Speed is around 80 with 496's on the step bottom boats.

had my Bullet sold to a friend until i Got a price quote from Westcost Cig on an ordered 2006 30'; 525s-xrs, leather interior, myco tripple with spare tire....... $365,000- :eek:

I thought with 496's list was $185K. That's an insane upcharge for 525's. I can see $225K - $250K ---but $365K? :eek:

Thats about 4 30' Superboats that go faster. Of course no gold plated gauges, but faster.

If that's true, then it sounds like that dealer is trying to get rich. The retail price was 199k (496's) when it first came out. You could buy one for probably 175k then. The 525 package isn't that much more.......neither is the trailer...

P.S. or the spare tire.

Yes that was the correct price they quoted-and they did it without a smile. I am sure it was full msrp with full margins. New cig dlr in Sacramento Area.

He did try to roll me into their new 40 hr demo 38 Gun in stock for only $325,000. Tried to turn me to the better deal with in the gun.

A retailer asking for the moon without a service department during these high interest times is very short sighted-

I'm assuming this 30' was not sitting on their lot.

The 30 Vice was meant to be sold as a no options boat. You could not order it from the factory with any other motors but the 496's. It was meant to be an entry level boat. I think the only one with anything else installed was the one Phil did and just sold.
