props 4 38 t/s

My buddy has a 05 38 T/S w/525s hes spinnin 32 b1s at 4800rpm @ 85gps... is this pretty good, or could he and should he be getting more rpm. The props are roatating out.

I think my buddy,s boat (same setup) is spinning 31,s to 5250 RPM,s (90 MPH)

RPM seems low
