That's strange. The serial number, if correct, clearly indicates it's a 1988. Anyone know if CRT broke out the Mistress molds for any patrol boats in 88?

According to the number it's 35' built in 88, when they weren't offering 35' hulls?

If that is indeed the HIN....that would have to be the case. Interesting!! I'd love to investigate, but am way too busy at work this week!

The way that the HIN reads, it was built in Jan. of '88 and sold as an '88. Maybe Brownie or CB would know???

Maybe the gov't had a contract on the boat and they had to keep delivering on that contract after they had a model change.
