Cigarette 28 For sale, but doesn't look like a Cig 28?
 

This hull does not look like any Cig 28 I have ever seen?

Look at the strakes, they curve up much higher and there is no bump out just below the rubrail?

Anybody know this boat?

i know this boat has been discussed before, but i cant remember how to find the link.
it would have been about a yr ago... or more.

that boat was owned by "The Bull" here on OSO.

I forget what the general consensus was, but I believe it was a bertram splash done on LI as Outlaw. I did some work on it when it was being re-rigged by RC Marine in Riverhead. Frank Buckley did the original interior, but it looks like its been redone since then...probably 10 years ago...

looks like a bertram or sutphen hull with a velocity deck. kind of strange.............
