Top Gun speed with Twin 575hp

This winter I'm getting my engines rebuilt for my 1990 Top Gun. I'm sure most of you know that the listed dry weight is 9600lbs for the 1990 model before 92' when the listed dry weight went up to around 11,000lbs, so my question is what kind of speed might I see if everything gets dialed in correctly? Also, any suggestions on props for this set up and by the way we're shooting for 575hp but at a min we'll get 550hp na motor.

Fresh TRS drives with speed cones. I only went with this HP because I figured that is the most the drives could handle and didn't want to spend more $ on Konrads.
