Looks awesome Randy, sorry I missed seeing it in person. My little guy and I did the Chicago Poker Run and it was awesome. I just took him to the doctor to surgically remove the smile from his face. Boat looks great, will be down in August, hope to see you then. Hammer

BillR 07-23-2007 12:47 PM

Sweet, your gonna love that boat w/ 575's!!

What kind of speed you get thus far?

Wild 07-23-2007 12:52 PM

Ran 85.6 with 4 guys and 3/4 fuel and did not even trim it out or mess with the drives, she will run 90 for sure, Tres had it 92.4 at lake X, but im sure that was with some special props, i will be happy with whatever i can get

I was wondering what it ran. That's pretty stout numbers. Love the silver package on all the transom hardware, too. Good looking ride Randy! Congrats!

I was thinking the same thing - that really looks sharp. When mine starts looking worse for wear I sure hope I remember this post.

plain white kinda grows on ya, dont have to worry about the scuffs in the clear coat,

sorry we didnt catch up with you on friday, we never left the dock all weekend, did watch you go by several times, i can tell you one thing, when you and Tiffany went by saturday afternoon on your way home you were looking good, now ill be able to tell you apart from all the other cigarettes (joke) being all white. I told terry when i got back from the ride friday morning that i was going to have to find a few more MPH. Enjoy the boat, and oh ya love that tail.

Dave

Hey Trips, that ride was Friday...at least I remeber that part! Great riding boat...way way better feel than the straight bottom. The 575's sounded strong and the mid-range acceleration was impressive. NICE RIDE WILD!

lucky strike 07-24-2007 07:30 PM

Enjoy it........

:cool-smiley-011: That boat was my favorite boat that I saw at LOTO last week. All white is priceless.

Good looking Boat Randy. We say it a couple of times this weekend and did not know whos it was. If you saw us you should have ran with us for a while. We had quite a fleet. This past weekend was the 15th annual Dock Hop. We had Two TOP GUNS(ours and one from about the 17mm), 37 outerlimits, 43 nortech V, Baja, 3 Black Thunders, 42 Fountian, and a Larry Smith. It was quite the ride. I wont be down next weekend but should be down most weekends after that. We will have to catch up and go run the boats a little.

Nice ride Randy. I sold the 05, by the way, the 05 that is for sell again that had the 575's and loved them. Awesome package. Enjoy!

asg 07-30-2007 10:14 PM

Enjoy the boat. It ran 89.9 with a set of 6 blad herrings. I have those "special" props we used to get 92 @ lake x.

satisfactionII 07-31-2007 08:52 AM

Straight bottom to a twin step

Boat attitude, the twin step rides bow down and much smoother in the choppy water, turns nicer, with the boxes the props stay in the water a little longer, feels like you have more control at higher speeds, boat seams to be working much less to run faster, all that fun stuff.

when is your sea trial in Tommy Gun?????
