Wow- what a blast from the past this post is. In 1972 my father went down to Fla and met Don Aranow and brought back a 28 open to the Chesapeake Bay. It was quite the attention getter at the docks in those days. It had stock 302 ford motors which he quickly went thru and added twin turbo's to each engine and nitrous oxide injection. Soon he had it up to about 72 mph which was really flying in those days. My late father would be proud to see my 38 TG on my lift....but I think I'll pass on the nitrous!
